  1. I am one month out and the same. Usually when I eat it feels better. I think I have some drainage at night that is the culprit.
  2. I'm one month PO and I seem to have bad breath all Of the time. I brush 4-5 times a day, use sugar free mints. Anyone else experienced this?
  3. I have experienced the same thing. I can't fall asleep and I have a restless leg type feeling. I am almost one month post op. After two weeks or so once I fell asleep I could stay asleep, but i still toss and turn for hours at bedtime.
  4. I was on puréed foods three days after surgery. I also feel a bit alarmed when I see the other restrictions. But all has been great so far.
  5. What is stitch fix? Curious. Thanks!
  6. I may sound like an idiot, but what is PCOS? I see it frequently on the posts.
  7. I get it. I was sleeved may 5. Some days I weigh more than once. My weight has always fluctuated greatly throughout the day even before surgery. I think it will be best for me to try to put some time between weigh ins. Sometimes I don't lose anything for several days and then bam..... I'm down two or more pounds.
  8. Congrats on your weight loss. I was sleeved may 5 and have lost 21 lbs. my nutritionist gave me guidelines of three meals a day. 1 ounce protein and one ounce fruit, 1 ounce protein and one ounce veggie, one ounce protein and one ounce starch. I can eat shredded chicken or tuna or ground beef. All Other meats I have to put in a blender. These are in addition to the 75-90 grams of protein from drinks.
  9. Carmel flavored is also so good. Very smooth.
  10. Congrats! You are doing awesome. Very motivational words. I felt them and can relate. Thank you for sharing.
  11. I am two weeks PO. I only told my hubby, sister, and mom. I plan to tell people that there are many things combined that have brought to my weight loss. And that is the truth.
  12. Self congratulate away. You deserve it. So happy for you.
  13. I'm feeling pretty good. The first five days were very tough. I'm getting tired of eating the same bland things every day. I've lost 20 pounds. Which is great. But nothing in the last five days. I'm addicted to the scale I think. How are you doing?
  14. I was the same boat. Loved the premade drinks before surgery. Now not so much. I bought some Nectar fuzzy navel and lemonade. It is more the consistency or Chrystal light. It goes down smooth and thirst quenching when I mix with just water and ice in a shaker cup.
  15. It gets better. I am two weeks out. After week one I feel better each day.
  16. I got chills reading that. So true. And you look fantastic.
  17. You have will power. I can never wait.
  18. Mine are one month, 3 months, 6 months one year and I see a nutritionist at the same appt
  19. It's going very well! First three days was yucky with nausea and such. But I've had a lot of energy. How are you doing?
  20. You look amazing! Love that app. Which one is it?
  21. Bakers kitchen Parmesan crisps. They are 100% lean cheese. My surgeon has it on the list for puréed foods right away.
  22. They are so different. I had only the day before pre op diet. Post I started puréed food at day 3!
