  1. You are right where I was a couple of weeks ago. I was banded 10/28/08. I have lost apx 60 lbs most of it in the first 90 days. I was on a 30 day plus plateau. My problem was that my eating and exersise habits were inconsistant. You are better than I with your dissapline with exersising. After my last fill I have droped about 15 lbs in about 4 weeks. Your body probably thought it was starving itself. Which if you think about it "it is". This is why you see the dramatic weight loss. My thought is that I will try to make more good choices than bad ones. As long as I continue to loose weight gradualy I still win. Each day is a new one, don't worry about yesterday and make the most of today. Were gonna LIVE! Dave
  2. This is a pet peve of mine as well. I am resolute in the fact that my wife has had to eat cold meals for the past ten years because of our kids. It is the price I pay for not having good eating habits in the past.
  3. I am 8 months post op. and have about 6cc in me. Bananna: 1/2 at one sitting. Strawberrys go down good Grapes: I have to spit out the peel Pineapple: I have to spit out the texture portion Thank you to the other responces, as I have not tried apples yet.
