  3. Has anyone had surgery and then you go down the line after losing weight then you just sort of fall off track? I’ve lost a lot of weight but it’s hard to keep up with going to the gym, eating healthy, and keeping up with everything in life that I do. The question is who else has had struggle keeping up with the balance? And how have you found ways around it that make it more manageable?
  4. It’s not exactly the greatest point in my life but before surgery I was 460. Thankfully I was able to lose a lot since then but still at a CW of 334. Journey is hard but I know it will be worth it!
