Thanks for asking this, I was curious as well. I'm just shy of 4 weeks post op and I'm not ready to drink yet but was wondering. -
I was out a week, went back for half days a week and then full time the 3rd week. I was down 25 lbs at my post op exam. Surgery was March 23rd. I'm feeling amazing. Congrats on your loss so far!! 😊

I'm getting right at 60 grams of protein and at least 64 ounces water. Tomorrow 3/30, I will be 1 week post op. Even though I'm full most of the time, I want to chew something. I made my kids a salad and I just wanted to chew a piece of lettuce.
