I just used mine tonight to make sweet potato fries. Absolutely AMAZING. I bought the T-FAL Actifryer. GREAT machine. You can see what's cooking and it spins. LOVE IT

Satisfied with food post op?

Hello Mike, I just wanted to tell you I'm almost 7 weeks out and I don't feel frustrated or dissatisfied....I just feel like something's missing. Like, I have everything I NEED....just not everything I WANT. I don't feel hunger like I used to...and I definitely don't ever feel the same type of FULL that I used to. Food isn't really AMAZING to me anymore...it's more like a "brushing your teeth" kind of thing. Although I have these feelings...I definitely am happy with the weight loss. I hope there are some people who have had the surgery 1 plus years ago who give you a good answer. I wish you luck with your decision. -

I usually respect everything you have to say about these surgeries. You definitely have a lot to say and it's often very helpful. But your pessimistic and condescending tone have no value here. People want support, not ridicule. And to be respected, you also need to be empathetic. Thank you for your understanding.

Non sugar dumping syndrome?
ReesesGurl replied to Christina.Rose's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I am on my 3rd week today. I made some tuna salad....7 ounce can of chicken of the sea with 2 tablespoons of the Kraft Mayonnaise made with Avocado Oil. I added onion powder and parsley flakes. Dry weight of can is 6 ounces so I divided the whole lot into 3 servings. The mayo literally did not taste any different than regular and it has half of the fat of regular. I highly recommend it as I did not have dumping but....every BODY is different. -
dewingit....that's awful that you got so sick. I ended up in emergency room on Friday with dehydration and low blood sugar. I passed out at home and they wanted to do a thorough check up on me. How are you feeling now?
