Thank you all for your kind responses and tips. It is the first time my sisters and I will have a vacation together and I really didn't want to have to cancel or postpone it.

I am scheduled for revision from sleeve to rny on Aug 10th. My question is, how soon is it safe to travel? I am scheduled for a long driving trip about week 7 post surgery. (Trip was scheduled months before gettin insurance approval and surgery date.) I plan on taking frequent breaks and overnight stops as well as sharing driving responsibilities. Is there any real concerns as long as I follow diet and fluid intake protocols? I recovered quickly after my sleeve surgery, but I have no idea what to expect with the revision.
