  7. Anyone having issues with liquid intake? It seems like I'm able to take in a good amount of liquid in a sitting and I was just a little concerned if anyone else was feeling the same way.   23. Good luck! Mine was yesterday. Its rough (it was for me anyway) the first day. Just walk, walk walk and sip on whatever liquids they allow you. Day 2 is a thousand times better!
