I could not see the weight come off as much when I lost 23 lbs but other people did.
I am 4 months post op and lost 65 lbs so far. I really see it. I exercise at gym at least 4 times a week. I do Water aerobics as well. I had knee replacement in one knee 2 yrs before surgery and needed knee surgery in other knee for meniscus and arthritis. My knees feel so great now that the weight is coming off. I don't need surgery. I walk like a new person.
I had the sleeve Done March 10 2017.
So things will get better. Enjoy the journey to a new you!.

I eat pure Protein bars all the time in between my meals.
I cut in half and eat through out the day. It is filling and cuts down hunger.

I take Flintstones chewable complete for multi Vitamin as recommended by my NUT
And Calcium magnesium liquid
Vitamin.
All from Walmart at a good price.

You will do fine. I was nervous up until day of surgery but I have been so happy after surgery. I am 3 months post op and love every bit of it.

I think everyone should respect each others opinion.
True! Everybody is different on what they can handle and can't.
I learned since using this support
Group that a lot of people are told to do different things by NUT
And surgeon pre and post op.
Which is correct according to that particular person.
BUT the core of it all is we all are having WLS.
We should be building each other up and not tearing each other
Down.
We all have something in common.

I was cleared to eat salad 2 1/2 month post op.
I put my chicken on top and fat free cheese and lettuce on bottom.
Eat Protein first and then if not full I eat the lettuce and other none protein..
I use skinny girl fat free/ sugar free dressing.
REALLY good!

I was given pills to take for 3 months following surgery.
I take my last pill in 2 days from third refill. I have not had any problems so far. I have been taking my pills faithfully.

I think it is the kind of Protein Drink you have. I love my Protein Powder and I mix in my Yogurt.
It taste like good old chocolate pudding. The chewable vitamins I was recommended to get was Flintstones. They are soooooo good for your multi Vitamin.< br>

Not true about Flintstone complete Vitamins.
I had my Bloodwork done and results were beautiful!!!!
You can take them. They work good as long as you get the complete.

They are the cheapest and best tasting. There is no sugar alcohol in them.i would not tell somebody to try something I have not tried myself.
If you don't want to chew than crush into powder.< br>

My NUT recommended Flintstones and others but
Flintstones are cheaper and taste good!
I also use liquid Calcium /magnesium that has the taste of a orange dreamsickle ice cream.
