I see.. in my case I waited about 3 months to even try solid food.. then as Doctor said you are allowed to eat anything (within your recommended portions).. try a bite and see how your body/stomach reacts.. no point to be afraid, just follow Drs directions and stick to diet tho.. you will be back to normal really soon.. first 4 months are a bit rough as far as food intake

Try protein shakes tho.. as far as timed work outs.. you get use to them.. just give it a try.. you need to “hack” your body with different routines.. if you do same work outs your body gets used to it..or at least change your workouts daily.. just a thought.. good luck

Try adding more protein in the morning, also include 3-4 times a week workouts.. try doing split workouts ie 15 min weight training 5 min running interval 15 min weight training 5 min running interval 20 min bike or HIIT workout

I had crab meat 6 mobths post op.. no issues at all.. I also had sushi 8 months post op, although I ate only 3 pcs lol, cant handle more tha that..

Ever wonder what will be the best part that made you feel great about your weight loss? For me, it felt great when I was able to tie my shoes without a struggle lol. And recently when you actually can see your hip bones after every workout [emoji854] What’s yours?

I am not an expert,,but I see few canned items (processed food).why dont you try home made stuff? Should be lower in sodium and other bad stuff. Personally I rarely eat outside or canned items .. just a thought

At week 12 I was down 105 lbs. but remeber, people with higher BMI drop higher number of pounds... and viceversa...

Hi, I am 8 months post op, Dr recommended avoiding soda. But I just had 4 oz of ginger ale, it felt weird and felt bloated, I guess avoid as much as possible and stick to the plan...
