Thank you when I thought about it I became so happy

Major NSV I finally weigh less then what is on my DL. For the longest my DL has said I weighed 255 even though I was my highest weight of 311.8. It feels good to finally be less than what's on there. Had to share. Oh yea btw insomnia still sucks

I am 3 days post - op and noticing everytime I drank my Protein shake I start to develop real bad gas.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

I'm going to look into starting a gastric sleeve weekly support group in my area kind of like weight watchers were we can weigh if we want and share tips. What do you all think? All groups are once a month I need a little more than that

I'm 6 days post op and my scale says so far I've lost 4 so it seems a little slow right now for everyone

Ok thank you and I have Premier Protein I bought a lean shake lactose and gluten free and gas was still pretty bad

Before surgery mon-fri I did 20,000-25,000 steps and weekends I did 10,000 on Saturday and 10,000 on Sunday. I am now 5 days post op how many steps should I be getting in

What's a good Protein Shake for people who are lactose

My gas is over the top I wonder if it's because I'm even more lactose intolerant now if so I have to let the Premier Protein shakes go

How many and what all are you taking? Is it because you're having difficulty swallowing or getting Water down?

It wasn't easy for me. I had to start using the Vitamin patch.

I didn't want any issues so I said I rather wait to get my hair done my first real day out the house

You can do this. What's crazy is you want it so long and when you get it the entire things feels surreal
