6 days post op period 9 days early

Totally normal. You hormones go a little crazy after surgery!
  2. I got divorced and had a horrible custody battle with my ex. I was awarded full custody but to say the entire ordeal was traumatic would be putting it lightly. Financially I lost everything, I relocated, and all while trying to keep it together for my daughter, who is now three. It's been almost a year and a half since my divorce and I'm just starting to feel a little better. It is such a draining experience and you need to take your time and not compare yourself with anyone else. Think baby steps! It's better to work on yourself and enjoy the time with your child and when you are ready you may find yourself more excited about the idea of dating.

    January Sleevers Check-In

I'm always cold now as well! And my blood pressure is way down, it used to be a bit high. I'm also down 50lbs, was sleeved 1/18/17. Congratulations!!
  4. Hi out there, I was sleeved on January 18/17 and I'm now about 5 weeks post op. At my 1 month check up I was down 28 lbs. from 281lbs to 253lbs. I'm wondering how people are feeling and eating/drinking? I still get some pain or like a tightening feeling in my chest or what feels like my lower esophagus?? I also am having a hard time keeping foods down. Tonight I had a little chicken and broccoli and it didn't stay down. Am I rushing the solids? I feel sick after every "meal". I notice I am hungry more often, like every two hrs. But can only eat a few bites of solid food and then I'm satisfied but usually uncomfortable. I try my best to not mix liquid close to any meals but sometimes I feel like the food is stuck after I swallow because I can't wash it down with any liquid. Does this relate to anyone? I don't know of anyone personally that has had this surgery and I'm wondering if this is normal in the beginning and when to expect these symptoms to subside.
