  1. Hey, guys! I was sleeved 3 weeks ago, and things have been fine until a few days ago! These last few days I have felt constant hunger. For example, tonight I had a homemade salmon patty. Before it would have filled me up yet here I am, and my stomach is gurgling. It feels like hunger. The kind of hunger you'd feel when you were bored and wanted to graze Is something wrong with me? Did anyone else struggle with this? Also, I've been in a stall all week. I go up and down a few pounds. I am finally able to get all my protein in and today was the first day I was able to get 64 oz of water in! I am hoping this will help with the stall, but the constant hunger is scaring me.
  2. After a long three months of hard work, my doctor's office submitted my request for surgery on the 24th of April and I was APPROVED the very next day! Amazing! My question is- How much will I pay out of pocket? I know I have co-pays, and I have been paying those at each appointment I've had (dietician, medical weight loss, surgeon check up, etc) But will there be any surprise bills? I've never had surgery befoe. I plan to call my insurance on Monday of course, but any advice/feedback from the community would be nice too!
  3. Thank you! It's crazy but for the first time n my life I measure my food- I'm taking this liquid diet seriously, and have followed my DR's meal plan to a T- But today I felt my discipline weaver. Tomorrow will be better. Thank you for your encouragement. I'm amazed you were able to do 27 on water!
  4. Oh yes, I forgot to mention my protein shakes! So you just added the shake instead of milk to the pudding mix? How were your first few days of the diet for you? I just feel a bit alone right now. I know I'm not, I have a great support system, but the hunger makes me irrational.
  5. I have to do this for a month. I'm scared. I started my pre-op diet three days ago, and I am struggling. I can have all clear liquids, (broths, juices (16 oz) diet juices, etc) and I can have yogurt, cottage cheese, pudding, and jello. I can have 1000 calories or less. My question is how long did you guy have to be on your diet? And how did you stay focused? How did you hold it all together? Because I'm struggling today,
