It is your hormones! I was the same way. Similar to after having a baby. You body has been through a lot. It will get better, I promise! Rest and take care of yourself. It took me about 2 weeks to stop regretting the surgery, now I can say it was the best thing I have ever done for myself.

What is a typical diet? How many calories? I am 10 months out, and can eat anything and have started to gain weight again. I lift heavy weights 4x week and cardio 2x week.
