I was the same way hang in there you will feel better it's part of this process for some of us took me about a month to be back to my old self now I feel fine and excited about my new life

It is your hormones! I was the same way. Similar to after having a baby. You body has been through a lot. It will get better, I promise! Rest and take care of yourself. It took me about 2 weeks to stop regretting the surgery, now I can say it was the best thing I have ever done for myself.

I was put on progesterone before the surgery plus A testosterone pellet injection Yes ladies need some testosterone too. This was to keep my hormones on track. The more I read of others the more I love my BariatricPal center

I have had a severe lack of energy, but went back to work 4 days post op so that may have zapped any energy I should have had. It is getting better now. Listen to your body.
