  1. I fit into a size 12 ya'll. A SIZE 12!!!! OMG!!! Yes. I only lost 2.2 lbs but I dropped 2 dress sizes. I have to get a 14 in pants because my butt is big and the 12 wont go past my booty.

This week is buffalo chicken for lunch and breakfast is turkey bacon and eggs. That is small bag of ranch (1 tbsp).

  4. So I have come to the conclusion that I have a racer back gym shirt problem. I keep buying more shirts and they are soo cute and they make me feel cute. I am still kicking butt on my workouts and I have decided to end Keto for now. I have been stressing a lot about food and unfortunately, I hold on to weight that way. It is time to go back to just being mindful of what I eat and how much.

Although I look great in clothing, I wanted to show what my body looks like outside of it. My stomach is sagging lower than before I lost weight. My arms are sagging and my breast have deflated.

With that being said, I would not go back and change anything. I would not give up being able to jump, bike, go shopping easily and feel comfortable in clothes for anything. I would not trade this confidence or happiness. I am soo a peace with myself and my body. The aches that I feel are from soreness of pushing my body, than from being too heavy that my body cannot handle the weight.

This journey has saved my life in more ways than I could ever imagine. I do not hide from the world anymore. I do not hide from people. I go out and want to explore. I meet new people. I have been freed from the burdens my weight had placed on me mentally and physically.

With being said, "I LOVE MY IMPERFECTLY PERFECT BODY!!"

@Newme17 You are right. When it came to Keto, I was stressing out a lot about carbs. That was the hardest part and I noticed that I started feeling anxiety when shopping for foods. Especially, since I stay away from cakes and cookies. I need my fruits and I was limited there as well. Even though I stopped Keto, I will keep some great aspects from it. I have completely cut out bread and flour tortillas. Rice is only a 1/4 cup once every 2 weeks.

I am with you. If for some reason, I cannot pay to have the skin removed when I am ready to cross that bridge, then so be it. My skin is my journey. Each tiger strip or roll is my badge of honor.

Yes. It is now time for me to enjoy my life. Just enjoy brining able to move easily and effectively.

  7. Since my hair will not stop falling out and I still have a lot on my head. I decided to stick with the up-do.

I also added a picture of my ID at my highest weight versus today. I was sooo shocked by the difference.

My gym day. I wanted to show my setup at the gym so you can see what I do.

I have stopped losing weight but I am losing inches.

@Newme17 It was funny having her workout with me. She weighs less than I do and she was looking at me like, WTF! How are you not dying? I told her to work out like I do 4 - 5 days a week and you will be there too. It is also the way we eat. I noticed that no that I eat a lot healthier, I can do more, breathe better, sleep better and I am not foggy. My body is loving it.

  11. HAPPY 39th BIRTHDAY TO ME!!! :D

Yep, today's my birthday and I'll scream it out loud for all the world to hear.  Why?  Not for birthday wishes, but because of the birthdays I had growing up weren't really celebrated too much.  When I became an adult, I would always be depressed on this day.  I had enough of it two years ago and had a revelation (thanks to my brother) and decided that from now on, I will celebrate my birthday and be happy on this day. I believe that this is the day that God has made and He and all His angels are rejoicing because I was made!!! I won't be sad anymore.  Sure, things come up, like today my four year old had the biggest epic fit over a pair of pants (and at school--the first ever) and also today, I'm missing work because I'm not feeling well, and have to go see the doctor as well.  I even weighed myself to see if I made it to onderland, but that didn't happen either.  But despite the negative stuff, I am well, TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY AND I WILL BE HAPPY.

  12. 9/12 - Went to the trainer to new a training regiment. The first was just cardio and light lifting to get me smaller and my body to be a lot more flexible. Now, is the real stuff. I have a HIIT workout 3 days out of the week. Heavy cardio of 30/30 for 45 minutes and a light elliptical day.

    Monday: HIIT

    Tuesday: 30/30 Cardio

    Wednesday: HIIT

    Thursday: Light Elliptical

    Friday: HIIT

She says now its time to get to the real stuff. She knows that I want my body to look like and she created this to start me off. I have 4 weeks of it. She also added room to modify the work out if I am really hurting to do one less set. I am just so excited. This a work out that she does but her's is way more intense and done a faster pace. Will be increasing my calorie intake from 775 to 1000 calories on these HIIT days. I will need to make sure that I am eating enough to sustain my body.

9/17 - My mom decided to buy me a Pandora Bracelet. Lol she was not prepare for the cost of it and told me, "Happy Birthmas" lol. She told me to add charms and numbers for every goal I achieved. She told me she was proud of me and was so happy for all my hard work.

@Newme17 I got these shirts from: https://www.thefitnessteeco.com/ I think that they are so awesome. They always have a sale on racer back tees. Mines are larges. They do run small.

@Apple1 Thank you for. I have been working so hard.

  18. So when I say my hair is coming out....I mean it. Please view the picture below. Each ball is from a side of my head. Honestly, I still have a ton of hair left on my head. I did not know I had that much hair.

I went to Wendy's with my mom and got a Jr. Cheeseburger (no-bun). They put that little burger in a huge container lol. I was like, yall know you could have given it to me in a fries holder lol.

Here is my dog thinking that he is a human.  He climbed under my cover and went to sleep. This dog is too much lol.

  19. Six months post-op and 90 pounds lost! I'm so happy with the weight loss, but I still can't help wishing it was 100 pounds instead. ;) I still need to find time to do my measurements and take some photos though - I'm leaving for Hong Kong tomorrow morning, so am pretty busy cleaning and packing before I go.

  20. My surgery was March 29th 2017. Yesterday was 18.5 weeks since surgery and the first time I went shopping. I live life on a budget, so I have been really stretching my clothes through using a belt and wearing some of my mom's clothes so I haven't needed to try on anything new. Honestly, I had no intentions on buying anything, I just wanted to know what size jeans I wore. I used to wear size 17, sometimes even higher depending on the brand. I've been fitting into my size 11's lately but they were getting a little big so I decided I would try on a 10. THEY WERE TOO BIG TOO! I told my best friend to grab me some 8s and I didn't even have to suck it in to fit into them!!! I'm in single digits for the first time since like 6th grade!!! I am so delighted, you guys have no idea. Also, I fit into a Micheal Kors size M work shirt so I just had to buy it! I'm sure even if I hit my goal, I'll be a M, so it was worth spending the money. Plus, it was on sale! HOW EXCITING! I felt so good buttoning those pants. I could have cried. <333

  21. Just a share.....  People ask me all the time... Who was your inspiration when you first came here?......  I say with out a doubt.....  Makulafamy & Lellow..... These two chick rocked the band.  Although they don't come here any more.... I still keep up with Makulafamy via FB and her blog.  If you want to be inspired and laugh and cry....  http://cheeseandsunkist.blogspot.com/   ..... When i saw these two's before's and after... everything seemed possible.

  22. I was soooo jealous of the people in my support group. I was really like why do I not look like them and why am I not losing like they are? Then I did a side by side comparison for support group and noticed it. I really could not believe the difference. Sometimes we truly have to look backwards to see how far we have come. I never liked comparing myself to others but I always felt a little way about people reaching their goals faster then me. However, after this picture, I will never feel that way again. I am proud of my success and how far I have come. Granted I am starting to notice lose skin, but I will take that over being unable to jog up the steps or run across the street.

After reaching the goal of 200 lbs (finally dang I thought I would never get there lol). I went to the Spa. I was soo proud of myself and how I looked. I even got myself a Male Masseuse. He even complimented me on how soft my skin was and how well hydrated it looked. I felt so pretty with my facial and nails done. I did not worry if the bed was going to hold my weight or if I was going to fit on it. I fit just fine.

Afterwards me and my mom went to Buffalo Wild Wings (Her favorite Spot). I was able to fit into the booth without having to suck my tummy in, lift it up or push it down. I looked at my mom and I said, "Mom I fit!! I really fit!!" She started laughing at me. The Waitress was really confused. My mom told her, "My annoying daughter lost over 60 lbs and now can fit in the booth..sooo...this is an important moment for her."

Went to visit my Dad and he was shocked to hug me. (Note: My Dad lost a lot of his eyesight to Diabetes and he now takes very good care of himself. He was one of the reasons why I wanted to change). He said, "Moocha!! I wrap my arms around you now!!" I said, "Daddy so can I lol !!". We spent hours talking about Game of Thrones and how much weight we have lost. My dad used to weigh almost 385 lbs. He now weighs 220 lbs (he did this by going vegan and working out). I am very proud of him. It has taken him 2 years but he never gave up. The man is amazing.

I have placed a picture I took at the restaurant lol.

Thank you all. I am really proud of myself. The difference is amazing.

@Newme17 I thought the same thing. People at work always show me pictures of myself heavy and say, "Whats up slim goody" lol. My dad is really trying to get me to go Vegan. He calls me three times awake with how great his Vegan dinner was lol.

@Meryline I believe we are in the same group. I just saw everyone else's progress and lost sight of my own.

      @Apple1 Thank you so much.

      @Krandall Thank you as well.

  23. Here's a nice article, science based, about where I get my proteins from, having a Whole Foods plant based diet.

    https://nutritionfacts.org/topics/protein/

    1. Sleeve1stFitNext

      Sleeve1stFitNext

Honestly, plant based are the best diets because they are easier to digest, you get more of the food for less calories and fat.

It is easy to get protein on a plant based diet. I had a plant based diet for my pre-op and actually felt really good. However, unfortunately, I am a meat eater and cannot seem to let it go. I think plant based offers so much and people whom follow the way of life really are healthier.

Sooo...I decided to keep a pair of brand new dress pants that I've never worn from the past two years (that I could also never wear due to them being way too small) for when I need a pair to wear. I decided to try them on this morning (for an important appointment this week) and they are now too big! Lol. :P

  25. My clothes have been hanging off and baggy. I decided to just suck it up and buy a few shirts and two pairs of jeans today. I fit into a size 16 jeans. I was a size 22!!! I fit into a size Medium shirt. A MEDIUM!!! From a 2XL - 3XL to Medium. OMG!!! YES.

It is crazy because I would wear baggy clothes and sweat shirts to hide myself. I could not believe how I looked. I am excited. I used to hate Target because I could not fit the clothes that I liked there. Now I can and I am so happy. Saying goodbye to Ashley Stewarts and Lane Bryant's expensive a$$ $60 shirt (talking about you are paying more for the amount of fabric needed) and hello to $14.99 shirts!!! Lol

I now have more options at dress barn (my favorite place) and Burlington!!!
