Thank you @Dairymary if you don't mind me asking... what are you currently taking from them that are keeping your levels where they need to be? Anything in addition to the Multivitamin ? Did you use garden of life for your preop levels as well? Thank you in advance:) -

Hello, I'm new and on my week 3 of 12 week classes at Kaiser. We were told to get our needed bariatric Vitamins and minerals etc. because of other health issues, I've gone all organic and non gmo to avoid any added chemicals or synthetics. Can anyone help me with advice on what to take that is either non gmo or organic for the needed vitamins and minerals? Thank you so much in advance.
