    You look awesome!! I went from 289.6 to 233.6 and am very flabby. But I am 70 years old. Surgery was October - so 6 months out. I FEEL marvelous but need a body girdle! Lol. I am happy just still not small

    I have stalled for 5 weeks - surgery was end of October. Now I know what I must do to drop some weight! Low calories and activities apparently are not enough - Water and Proteins are essential!!!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
