I loved the first Ice Age!!!!! The second one was a let down. I want to see the new Pirates of the Carribean. I love my Johnny Depp!
  2. I was totally naked under my gown. I was told to remove everything and put on the gown, the hairnet thing, and the booties. When I got in the bed for my I.V. they took off the booties and put on the compression bandages on my legs. I am pretty sure that they want you in nothing but the hospital gown.
  3. OMG!!! Lucky you!
  4. I am so happy for you! That is a fabulous house and love all the trees around it. Is that a swimming pool in the back?
  5. :biggrin1: A "placebo appt", how funny! Yes I have had the same thing occur and canceled my appt.
  6. Sherrijo and Amy!!! How cool for both of you! It will great that you will both have each other there for extra support. Please tell Dr. Sanchez that "Lee Ann from Harlingen" says hello!
  7. I have mine! Never have had any problems with it.
  8. Regardless of how fast you have lost it, you have lost 65 lbs!!!! Well done!
  9. I had Dr. Sanchez, you will be extremely pleased with the care you recieve. He is a wonderful surgeon and I had complete confidence in him. What part of Texas are you in? I am on the south tip and usually just drive 40 minutes across the border and meet him at a hospital he operates out of there. He did refer me to a fill doc, whom I saw for my first fill. I just prefer to meet him and Dr. Susanah and get fills from them!
  10. Today will be my 3rd day of the soup. I am finding this easy, but TOM is due and I am freaking hungry all day long, literally. I am actually wishing it would just go ahead and GET HERE so these insane munchies cravings would go away. I did stay on track yesterday with the soup and my potato for dinner.......the only thing I had not allowed was half a cup of fatfree cottage cheese, not bad for a cheat.
  11. Like some of the others, I was never told anything about not wearing my underwire bras. I never wore anything else! Didnt even need a bandaid.
  12. I had 3 little stitches come up like that. I had one poke out and I gently tugged on it with tweezers and it wouldnt come out. About 3 days after i noticed it the thing finally just slid right out. I guess it isnt that uncommon. It was a little freaky though, lol!
  13. Yesterday went easy! I had 3 smallish bowls of soup over the course of the day and snacked on blueberries & strawberries. I cant wait for today because I got some cans of zuchinni in tomato sauce, I love that stuff with a little Parmesan sprinkled on it!
  14. Wow! You have such a great outlook! Love to read a post like this, only pictures make them any better!!!!!!!! I am so happy for you!
  15. Damn, and he is HOT also!! *disclaimer......not criteria to choose a doctor, but still a FINE doc,, pun intended there!
  16. Dang, you are looking mighty fine! You deserve all the praise that will surely follow up this thread........you have worked hard, bask in the glow now!!!!!
  17. Most things like a tummy tuck or breast lift are considered cosmetic. You have to have certain criteria........like panni hangs below pubic bone, thrush rashes, etc... before insurance will cover. You will still need plenty of documentation and pics to boot.
  18. There is always zuchinni in tomato sauce pureed......I did that instead of mashed potatoes.......super low cal also.
  19. Eficka, interesting info! I usually use water anyway just save calories, plus I cant tell that much difference in the taste, lol. I get my calcium from fatfree cottage cheese and a daily Viactiv calcium chew or 2.
  20. Alysha, glad you came to a decision! Sounded like to much conflict to worry over right now anyway, lol. Good luck on you upcoming surgery!!!! Only 5 days away and we can be welcoming you to bandland!
  21. I have 2 questions. 1. I usually have a ZeroCarb Isopure shake for Breakfast. Should I skip this? 2. Bananas are one of the few foods that dont work well for me. Any suggestions for what to do on that day? Could I just make it another veggie day?
  22. I made my pot of soup last night! It is pretty darn good. I am starting today, hopefully I can drop more than ONE measely pound this week. I am glad to know I can have my morning coffee, lol. OMG Amy, It just registered! 13 lbs in ONE WEEK! You are kicking butt girl, you will be at your surgery goal weight in NO TIME!
  23. C 186 (-43 total, -1 this week) I made a big pot of Amy's soup. Hopefully I will drop something more than ONE lb this week!
