TheBomb64 got a reaction from Berry78 in I'm STUCK
Hi there
I'm now in 7 month post op
I've been stuck on 97kg for nearly 2 months but I'm dropping in clothes size, so just keep doing what your doing, stay away from the scales for awhile. It will kick start again. I'm down 37kg and mentally weighing myself and seeing it not going down it's a real bummer on your brain. So keep an eye on your clothes as long as they are feeling like your losing then you probably are.
Stay strong in mind and you will start dropping in the scales also

No issues with fluids but no hungry enough to start eating my soft diet, I'm really enjoying my whey Protein shakes chocolate with skim milk ice and low fat ice cream do my Protein intake is fine, I'm drinking plenty of Water but I love my crushed ice with some fruit juice or diet flavouring
My surgeon and dietician have adviced me not to stress about the eating it will come once I get used to my new stomach
Good luck and I'm glad you doing well

TheBomb64 got a reaction from BostonGary in Did you have WLS? The audacity of some.
I tell them straight
Yes I had the sleeve
And don't you wish your boyfriend looked hot like me [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]
Anyone who tries to tell you they weight loss surgery was the easy way out has no bloody idea.
The life change, the struggles and remembering it's a life change not short term.
And in the end it's none of their business
I have been lucky because my support base is huge and encouraging

Not hungry at all, enjoying drinking plenty of fluids from Water, crushed ice with flavour toppings
Love blended fruits / puree such as fresh pineapple is my favourite
I hate my Vitamin tablets takes half hour to get taste out of my mouth.
Down over 50lbs since going on my 2 week pre op diet
So it's 7 weeks since I started my journey and I can honestly say best decision of my life
Good luck everyone

Hi Beavuz
I'm in Australia [emoji1037] so I'm not sure if the names are different but I buy these from the super market they ice filled packs with different flavours.
I also crush ice mixed with chocolate whey Protein added with a piece of banana and skim milk
'This helps my protein in take and also helps with the Fluid intake. Mix it up a little I've made some concoctions that tasted vile but after a few attempts I found some that work
Also clear Soup goes down beautifully
Hope this helps a little
