I do my food journal through MyFitnessPal so I just track my weight in there as well.

I recommend the "Baritastic" app. It tracks food, Protein, weight, Water, goals, exercise, measurements. There is a journal you can use, you can set up reminders to take Vitamins, take a walk or anything else you want to remember to do. I found it a few weeks after my surgery and have used it daily since.
