Fun topic! There are so many, but we went to Fenway Park a couple of weeks ago and being able to cross my legs in that tiny little seat was amazing! In the past I felt like a big huge sausage stuffed into that tiny little seat with stuff spilling into the seats on either side of me. Not even close this time. It was a big "I know I've lost weight" moment!!! -

I waited a couple of months for my first drink. I stick to red wine (easy to drink slowly) or vodka with coconut water if I want something different.

I recommend the "Baritastic" app. It tracks food, Protein, weight, Water, goals, exercise, measurements. There is a journal you can use, you can set up reminders to take Vitamins, take a walk or anything else you want to remember to do. I found it a few weeks after my surgery and have used it daily since.
