  1. I shop at thrift stores, they carry alot of good clothes that are cheap and since I won't stay in them long I won't loose out paying each size I get into.
  2. I was sleeved on 1/30 and I have irritable bowel disease AND have had diverticulitis 4 times prior to my surgery so that's never far from constant thought,so I really try to include fiber so I have normal BM's like lo carb high fiber tortillas, chili with beans, refried beans, oatmeal with fiber, and this liquid fiber I found that's sugar free and contains 10 grams of fiber for 2TBS. Hope this helps!
  3. My bariatric nurses told me that I could take claritin because my sinuses are draining and making me vomit(since I got my sleeve on 1/30 I was worried about vomiting, but they reassured me) so I take a claritin quite a bit, to avoid vomiting. Hope this helps! :-) Sent from my SM-N910V using BariatricPal mobile app
  4. You should talk to your Dr about anti-nausea meds. Also mint decaf green tea may help,it helped me, I was sleeved on 1/30. I can't give advice on potassium cause I'm not on them. Sorry hope the other things help. Sent from my SM-N910V using BariatricPal mobile app
  5. I dilute some apple peach juicy juice(4oz) in 12oz water with ice in a cup I got in hospital a week ago for my sleeve surgery,it has all measurements on outside of cup, I'm doing well with this and it just mixes up my fluid intake, hope this helps. 9. I've never been a smoker and I had my sleeve done on 1/30 and the coughing did hurt so I took a couch pillow and put it between my stomach and the back of my couch and braced myself for coughing...it totally helps. Hope that helps for you but the pain of coughing gets better. Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App
