    How long does it take to drink your protein shake? Is it really two small sips every 20 min? Im so thirsty and drink a little more and it hurts. And water too. Any suggestions?

    Congrats! I had mine Thursday and feel great except for the gas and air pockets every time i try to drink anything. Do you? Do you take anything besides gas x and walking for gas??
