I was sleeved on 1/30 and I have irritable bowel disease AND have had diverticulitis 4 times prior to my surgery so that's never far from constant thought,so I really try to include fiber so I have normal BM's like lo carb high fiber tortillas, chili with beans, refried beans, oatmeal with fiber, and this liquid fiber I found that's sugar free and contains 10 grams of fiber for 2TBS. Hope this helps!
