Quantity Measurement Ingredient
6 pounds pork roast or loin, divided into 4 1.5 lb portions
4 cups apple juice
4 cups onion, chopped
4 each apples, peeled & sliced
4 each pears, peeled & sliced
Directions:
In 4 gallon freezer bags divide each of the last three ingredients and place in bags. Place a 1.5 lb portion of pork in each bag. Pour in 1 cup of apple juice to each bag. Seal and freeze. To serve: Thaw. Cook in slow cooker on LOW for 8 hours.
