    I had a reaction to the Barium swallow test and had explosive diarrhoea. At home now and the plumbing is working fine, although I don't believe I have ever smelled anything that offensive before. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    Well you are still ahead of me! As of today I am 244lbs but only 5ft 4". I also weighed 10lb more when I left hospital. I guess it takes a few days for your body to adjust from all the extra fluids and drains. (Where does all the stuff that was coming out the drain go?) Glad that the hospital is behind me.     I have marked my Water bottle with rubber bands. Each section measures 125ml or 1/2 cup. I make sure I have finished each section in 1/2 hr increments. I use my timer on my phone to keep me up to date. I seem to be able to keep on track using this method, hope it helps. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
