I was leaning toward the sleeve; however, my surgeon told me that I might have to have the bypass depending on the amount of damage GERD/ulcers have done to my stomach. I have an endoscopy and EGD/Bravo scheduled over the next month to make the determination.

I love Huel. They have powder and ready-to-drink shakes.
Per 1 scoop, there's 200 calories, 6g fat, 1g sugar, and 14g Protein.
Huel is on the pricier side, but it comes out to $1-3/meal depending on the # of scoops you use (1-2).

I have become obsessed with it too! I don't have a surgery date yet, but I've been binge-watching on the weekends. I just want to hug all the participants. I cheer and clap whenever they have any weight loss. My husband laughs at me because I noticed that the surgery disclaimer is only before the segments with surgeries, so if that segment doesn't have the disclaimer, I'm disappointed.
