I will. I flicked thru it in the bookshop and when I read him quoting a study about research on the importance of protein and its influence on carbohydrate intake, I was sold. He's an obesity geneticist at Cambridge.

I have been reading this book, some of it is difficult to read (only because it is technical), but there are some interesting concepts, and yes it does reinforce protein consumption and why we shouldn't drink fluids within a specified time of eating solids. They equally apply to those who haven't had WLS I would think. There is a small section when he talks about WLS and hormones plus some other things.
