Im 5'5 my sw 326 cw 257 my goal is 200 my surgery was on May 10 2017 on October 10th ill be 5mths postop im down 70pds my weight lost slowed downed b/c i havent worked out in like a month been taking care of my mom but im gonna get back on the grind this has been a long process but it is truly worth every blood sweat and tears still have aways to go.
