Hi everyone its been a while im 6mths post opt and it seems like im not loosing anymore it feels like i havent lot in a month or so i started at 326 and now im at 257 its like i go from 254 to 257 for a month whats wrong what do i need to do to start loosing again thanks in advancebefore.now.
