Weigh yourself once a week don't stress with daily scale use please I promise it's no good

Anyone else not like half the things you liked before surgery? I'm extremely picky now and it's hard to find things I like anymore and some days I like it other days it tastes funny[emoji55]🤔🤔🤔🤔

I took four weeks off recovery is very hard and then once your ready and able you basically need time to bond to your new stomach and get a routine in place but everyone is different I saved before surgery an planned ahead income

I'm 17 days post up and thin slices of deli meat wrapped with thin slice of cheese sits really well in my tummy you nibble on it like a bunny.

My Surgery Date is February 16, 2017. Positive vibes & prayers for a safe journey!!!
