  12. Hang in there. I think many people experience these thoughts because, contrary to some beliefs, this is hard and not an easy way out. I hope you find some relief soon. All I can say is, it does get better. Good luck!
  13. I use this app also. It's a great tracker!

  20. I just shared on another post that I was sleeved in January 2017, and I'm almost 7 months out, but I've only lost 55 lbs. so far. I know I need to change some things, but I feel I'm a slow loser. I will not give up, and I've decided to go back to basics - the liquid diet. It also helps to have a good support group. I wish you luck and keep pushing! Sent from my SM-G950U using BariatricPal mobile app

  22. I am with you. I haven't regained, but I feel I am losing slowly. I was sleeved on 1/24/17, and I've lost 55 lbs. However, I feel I should be further along. I've picked up some bad habits, and I've plateaued. It was meant for me tho Llog back on today ti see your getting back to basics post. Excellent idea to do the liquid diet again. Good luck to you! 28. This has been an interesting post. My eating has been off for the past two weeks. I have been eating junk every day. I have resolved myself that I have to reset. I am 3 months post-surgery and am down 40 lbs. I'm not sure how I got so far off track, but I know that the cravings of your mind are very strong and it's important to have the right snacks and foods around so I won't be so tempted for those things that led me to get this surgery in the first place. I find this community very helpful and supportive. I'm glad I opened this post today. Good luck to you all.
  29. It's about 800 calories. My doctor wants me to get it between 800 and 1,000, but I struggle to get in 800.
  30. You look amazing! I was sleeved on 1/23/17, and I've lost almost 30 lbs. I haven't really worked out yet due to pain associated with osteoarthritis. But I need to find something I can do. You are very motivational!
  31. You will be fine!
  32. My doctor told me to get PEPCID chewables as well. They come in different flavors also .
  33. I was also a sugar addict, but after surgery - everything tastes too sweet to me. Even the sugar-free jello and pudding tasted sweet. I never thought I'd be able to conquer my sweet tooth, but the surgery has definitely helped.
  34. I have an issue still with smells. It's like my sense of smell is heightened with the surgery. Not sure this will go away.
