Hi this is my first post on here. Have my appointment with the surgeon on January 25. Hopefully i get a date! I'm planning ahead and have been on the Optifast diet for 2 weeks now.... 3 shakes a day. I miss food sooooo much but it's been surprisingly easy with just the shakes. Some days I can't even have the third shake because I'm so full. I'm setting aside one year for my weight loss journey, I have A LOT to lose. So far I'm down 14kg in 2 weeks with the optifast! Looking forward to the journey with you all!
