Listen guys you got this! Your body adjust trust me when you get stuck I have a secret I reboot by doing a week of liquids with some soft food but no carbs that are not Beans or Peanut Butter so chili is allowed in moderation... don't tip your head back n chug it! You do have to blend it still. Also normally when we get stuck we are not doing one or all of three must always do things!
    80oz of Water a day!
    Vitamins as prescribed every day!
    25grams of Protein 2x a day always!
PS! No carbonated liquids or sugar!
Trust me you won't regret this!
I had my bypass in 2007 at 457lbs today I am 133lbs and have been since 2009. So trust me you can do this!

Man, I started out higher than you. You can do it. You just have to stick to the plan and fight it out. (That's what I am about to have to do with this last 40 pounds!!)

    Hello my beautiful darlings!
I had surgery in 2007 at gastric bypass of America. And it was the best place ever for the surgery! If your stuck at a certain weight my dr would tell his patience " are you drinking 80oz of Water? Are you taking your Vitamins? Are you drinking 40 grams of Protein powder everyday?" He said I can not tell you enough how important those 3 things are for your health and weight loss! And I have lost 137 lbs since 2007! I put some weight back on a yr ago and started doing those 3 things again and the weight fell off again. I am 134 lbs today.

When I get off track I do a week cleanse and also 2 week liquid diet like when you first had surgery. Blender stuff or the liquid foods you can buy on here are great. Get to drinking 80 oz of Water again and taking your Vitamins and you must do the 40oz of Protein a day! It will not fail you!

Can you have baked potatoes yet just don't eat the skin. Also drink true mint tea! Helps with the gas and it can smell awful just embarrassing bad! It the mint tea dose the job of getting rid of it and there is no smell if you do have gas.

Wear it as long as possible it will help give you a shape and help you not have as much loose skin. I wear very tight Spanx to this day and I had my surgery in 2007 and have lost 237 lbs. I weigh 134 now.

It is common to crave crunchy foods after RNY gastric bypass surgery. This is because your body craves chewing. As you eat, chewing triggers a release of digestive fluids that aid digestion. But if your surgery was 10/24 you are way too early to make this transition. You want to give your stomach time to heal. My meal plan placed me on full liquids for the first four weeks, pureed food for the next 4 and only when I reached week 9 was I allowed solid foods.
The three most important elements after RNY gastric bypass surgery are to meet your daily Protein, Fluid and Vitamin requirements. food is secondary because your body is converting your stored fat into the energy that drives your body. Thus you lose weight. (If you do not meet these daily requirements, they can lead to exhaustion.)
Weight loss is achieved after surgery through meal volume control. You begin at 2 ounces (1/4 cup) per meal and gradually over the next year and a half increase the volume to 1 cup per meal. With this minuscule amount of food, it is next to impossible to meet your Protein daily requirements by food alone, so therefore you need to rely on supplements such as Protein shakes.
