I'd LOVE to but you have to be HONEST. And in return be mine, and I'll be HONEST. And I'm 50 and went from Band to Sleeve on Nov 14 Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using the BariatricPal App

When I get off track I do a week cleanse and also 2 week liquid diet like when you first had surgery. Blender stuff or the liquid foods you can buy on here are great. Get to drinking 80 oz of water ag

Hi all! I am sarah! I am a 19y/o from New York, but currently attending college in Ohio! I had my RNY in May of this year, and made major strides! Started at 347lbs and now down to 269! I have lately been starting some of my old habits back up and overeating! I think it is due to benign home for the holidays, but I want to get back on track RIGHT NOW! I have signed up for a 5k in April and want to start training for that, and overall, want to start working out more! Does anyone want to take on the task of being my mentor and support system?! Thank you!!
