Amazing work! Thank you for posting.
I needed this. I'm one week out from surgery and just went to the grocery store with my husband and son. Had a slight melt down in the car wondering if I was doing the right thing. Seeing this I know I am.

Hi, I think we all have that moment of "what the hell am I about to do??"Your relationship with food with change drastically...at least it did with me...I was a major food addict that turned to food whether I was happy or sad.
It is hard to not have food to turn to anymore, but the surgery took the hunger and cravings away from me, so that helped so much.

Mine is 3 Protein shakes (Breakfast, lunch, dinner) and selected low starch veggies for fibre side of things.

my pre opp diet is a mixture of Protein drinks, low cal. meals and fruits and veggies.
