I started losing about month three and have just noticed it has seemed to slow down a bit. I hit 6 months yesterday. Still losing some but not clumps. I have been taking Biotin since day 1 and hopefully that will assist with the regrowth.

I also started at 232, 217 at surgery, and 207 1 week post op. Congrats!

I had surgery two weeks ago . Starting weight 232 . Thanks so much for the motivation ! I can't even fathom losing that at this point

I try to post my progress every month, I have lost a total of 152 pounds so far, I still can't believe that woman on the left was me! I hope everyone else is doing great!

I'm using the LIFT Protein Water and JYM Protein from GNC in Caramel Macchiato flavor! Love it!
