Smooth Move tea is AMAZING! Its in the tea section at the grocery store and can somtimes be found in K-cups. I had my doubts because its a 'natural' product but ive tried all of the things above and this is my fav:) Sent from my SM-G935P using the BariatricPal App

I have been using an herbal tea called Smooth Move...i know, the name is hilarious! Its in the tea section and occasionally you can find it in Kerig cups. High intensity exercise after surgery?

I was told by my surgeon and dietician to start walking asap but as for intense exercise to wait until you average 800 calories per day. You dont want nutritional deficiencies right out of the gate???? Sent from my SM-G935P using the BariatricPal App
