Does anyone gets out of breath easily?

I started immediately after surgery exercising walking around my complex I did a little a day with the encouragement of my Dr , my drill sergeant wife, and co drill sergeant dad. They pushed me to move which I'm grateful. Because work takes a whole lot more energy, but since returning I do alittle more each day . It isn't as bad. Pace yourself and don't overdue it. It's like running a marathon you have to retrain and recondition your body and muscles just as you have to retrain yourself to eat. Sent from my XT1585 using the BariatricPal App

It is, you have to regain your strength level you had before surgery . Remember you have had a major surgery and it does take awhile . I am almost three weeks post op and started back to work on light duty as a Funeral Director /embalmer. You have to remember to walk and drink your shakes stay hydrated and listen to your body . It will improve day by day. I am still experiencing that; but you will be fine. Sent from my XT1585 using the BariatricPal App
