Day 6 Pre-Op:
Hardest so far because it's the weekend. Family wanted tacos this morning and I couldn't have one. But I did well despite my feelings. Stayed very busy today. Got home from visiting with a new friend who will be having the sleeve too. Now I'm super tired.
Starbucks...I saw this on Pinterest. I got a tall two decaf espresso shots over ice and poured about 1/2 of a Snickerdoodle protein drink in it. It was soooo good! Next time I'll use a Pumpkin spice one. 😊 Yum!

@Sweet as peaches I just tried isopure for the first time this past Friday. It was pretty good. I was glad it wasn't super sweet. Tasted a little like a flavored tea to me. Well, for the flavor I had, mango peach. It's pretty expensive but I'll probably buy it from time to time. The BP flavored drink mix packets are really good too. Each one has 15 grams of protein. I'm going to be ordering more of those.
@PrettyGirlLosingIt that could be a good thing ??? Lol. I love Starbucks. But I get it in moderation now. Maybe once every three months or so. Yesterday was the first time I had it for a while. I miss regular coffees. I never liked them super sweet, but a nice cup of caramel macchiato would be awesome right now. Lol. Finding an alternative (thanks to Pinterest) was nice.

@Sweet as peaches I know. I was just thinking about one week left! My surgery is set for 10am. Have to be there at 8 though.
