I didn't have such a great day eating wise. Good grief! So I guess I was down in the dumps... "well, you are terribly crappy already, what more could you do?" So I bought some pork rinds. All I have to say is THANK GOD THEY WERE WAY TOO SALTY! So I got rid of them. Sigh....this pre-op training is the pits!!!!

Sometimes nutrition can be looked at from several different perspectives. Don't beat yourself up too bad just make up your mind to meal prep this way you will always be prepared and cheating on your diet would then be a choice instead of last resort.
