    I found a blog on Pinterest of a lady doing an arm workout. Showed her amazing results after three months.  12 min a day. I think I'll try this and do a before and after on it too.   

    So after being back at the gym, I find myself loving it, but also thinking I could save my money to go towards a breast lift and workout at home/school track, etc instead.  I'm on the fence about it right now.

      @Newme17 you are a life saver. I have been trying to find an arm and chest workout that will actually help me prevent loose skin. My legs are great because I have strong legs and the workouts work but I feel like my arms, chest, back and tummy are my struggle areas.
