In the middle of the night I woke up with stomach pains sat on toilet started to get scary sweats felt like I was going to throw up and have diarrhea at the same time was afraid I might pass out but didn't then finally went to the bathroom and felt much better put heating pad on my stomach and cramps finally went away did anyone ever feel this way and was this dumping syndrome I'll be 2 months post op on January 30th

3 meals 2 or 3 snacks

I use sugar free coffee mate hazelnut

Recipe sounds great please give it to us ! Always looking for something new to make

Thank you all so much for your information calling my surgeon tomorrow I have all the symptoms u described .

My dr required one done he did it himself found a small hernia and I had h.pylori had to be on antibiotics for 10 days to get rid of it before surgery .i was self pay and was no xtra cost I guess he adds that in the price cause he requires it for all his patients .
