I use jay Robb and pure paleo both egg protein I purchase them from Amazon

4 days before my surgery I broke out in hives had to reschedule for 2 weeks later cause they put me on steroids I made it an extra 2 weeks and u will too. I believe there's a reason for everything good luck

I'm in south Florida also almost 3 weeks out and cold at night I've been wearing flannel pjs sox and a heavy blanket on bed but my first week out I was cold day and night .

I felt exactly the same dizzy foggy kept on taking temp but never had one a couple days later felt so much better and it seems once u see the dr and he says it's normal everything goes away .

I had to reschedule my surgery I broke out in hives and had to take steroids they only postponed it cause off the medicine

2 weeks and one day post up still having diarrhea my dr told me to take some amodium worked first day I took it but still having it not as bad seems to get better everyday I'm also gassy and afraid to pass it in case It's not gas and I have diarrhea

My incisions are starting to itch due to healing help any suggestions what I can put on them to stop the itch

It's been 12 days and I am starting to sleep on my left side still feel pulling on the incision a little

Hi I am 10 days post op I am so tired and feel run down could sleep all day and have no problem sleeping at night did anyone feel this way and if so how long before your energy comes back
