I used muscle milk light (Vanilla Creme) protein powder mixed with water and a half a banana blended into a protein shake.

If you look on line you can get Egg, Beef and Veggie proteins.

I use both Egg and Beef proteins on a regular bases, but since I really do not have dairy issues still use Whey as well.

While fortunately I didn't have an issue with whey isolate, my nutritionist recommends soy isolate (specifically the isolate) for those that can't do whey.

I use the Jay Robb Egg Protein they have it at GNC, they may also sell it on the bariatric pal site too not sure.

I used Vega One, chai flavor. It is pea Protein based and has greens in it as well. I didn't like the texture when mixed with Water but it was very good when mixed with almond milk.

YUKKY I tried PEA PROTEIN!!! YUKKY

I use jay Robb and pure paleo both egg protein I purchase them from Amazon
