Yes, I've had low Vitamin D and low B1(Thiamine)...not B12. I've also been prescribed Vitamin D (50,000 unit) weekly and B1 (50mg) daily...I'm glad they discovered the deficiency....I have more energy throughout the day. Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App

Congrats on your surgery! Yes, the stomach has been traumatized and it definitely needs to heal. If my surgeon recommends them, I will consider them for short term use. I understand the benefits and the side effects. I see my surgeon tomorrow to get my date for surgery....it's been a long process but, I'm starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel....Hang in there!
