Finally completed my LONG checklist

I got my appointment set up today to see a Bariatric surgeon. April 12th can't come fast enough.

This particular surgeon is in Covington, La. He will not even see a new patient until they have completed a check list. The longest part being a 6 month supervised weight loss program.

I am happy to say I'm down 58lbs from just watching my intake and portion control. I've started walking and I hope I can keep that up at least 3 times a week!!! I'm sorry I'm just super excited!!!
