  1. Thank you all. Just to know that I'm not alone is such a comfort to me. I go tomorrow to get a band adjustment, but I have a feeling that I have stretched my pouch. Just had my second baby and this happened after my first pregnancy as well.
  2. I have urges to eat a lot of food like I used to and since I can't due to my band, I eat sweets or desserts. Because of the high sugar content, I'm able to full-fill that urge to eat. Problem is, I'm gaining weight and being depressed in the process. It's easy to say don't eat those things, but hard to do. I have stretched my pouch 3 times too! Anyone has any wisdom or help for me?
