I second this spot on advice and when you get home be proactive in walking. I would walk all around my first floor from the kitchen to the family room to the dining room. Yesterday while at Walmart I was impressed at all the sugar free variety drink options in the crystal light aisle...I really like the sugar free Kool Aid options and yesterday discovered they have a sugar free Crush pineapple and grape plus the Walmart brand had an awesome variety pack plus a new flavor of strawberry watermelon so variety helps me. Nope, no hope so we must believe it's going to happen for us too! I'm realizing it won't look like someone else and truly that's ok. We have to remember and trust I'm preaching to myself too:) that we are making progress! Without the small victories we can't have the big victories. Also, are you working out? I started working out a couple of weeks ago. Even though the scale is acting up (bah hum bug) I'm seeing a difference and people really are based on comments. I meant to get a measuring tape to start measuring myself. Will do that today and perhaps you will join me so we can look at our overall results week to week. Take care! Everything was worth it!!! The most pain was when I woke up in recovery but the drugs worked so I was good to go the rest of the day. The pain really wasn't that bad in comparison to the gas pressure. The hospital encourages you to walk after and so do! It really does help! Even if you don't feel like it...walk. You get gas...walk it off for relief. If you feel any pain don't hesitate to get pain meds they really help immediately. I have 6 small incisions and one you can't even see and another you can barely see. I'm putting scar removal oil on them and it's helping. I'm not sure never tried to block someone. My post as all my posts are intended to gain knowledge and thought this was a fairly safe environment too. Until I start seeing all the judge mental people attacking others but lucky for me my skin is fairly thick and not going to allow others to stop me from posting or commenting.
