  1. Oh wow mine is totally different but I like yours much better!!! I had 2 weeks of liquid diet...1 before and 1 after and then purée with no meat:( Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App yup...I am loving mine. we did have two weeks of liquid pre-op, but the ability to slowly incorporate food post op has been great. I haven't ventured to chicken yet, but scrambled eggs have sit well. During my one week follow up they mentioned trying chicken thighs highly moistened and shredded/pureed. So that will be my next meat. I am melting inches, but they note it will be 5 to 10 lbs of weight loss per month. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using the BariatricPal App I tried eggs my first morning for soft foods and they didn't sit to well but will try again with a different version. Good for you though! Thanks the above helps me too. Tried Lamb Burgers with Mint Yogurt sauce yesterday and they were tasty and sat well on stomach...whew!How much did you weigh going in? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App That sounds good, may have to give it a try...My HW was 227, and came home from surgery @217 after gaining from all the drip. At my one week was down to 207, so looking forward to my one month check up to see where I land. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using the BariatricPal App Here is the recipe and good for you!!! Heaviest 210 (I'm 5'4)SW: 195 CW: 178 Yeah I'm seeing what you mean a bit as that third week only lost 2lbs vs the 6lbs week 1 & 2 Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App at 210, you're what another forum calls a "lightweight". You're most likely not going to see huge drops like someone who starts out twice your weight would. It'll be more likely slow and steady for you...but it'll still come off. Haha lightweight tell that to all these clothes that don't fit but I get it and thank you. Just ready to get pass all the medical problems. Looking forward to the loss as it comes but again to good health! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  16. Glad to hear. I've already planned to take Vitamins the rest of my life:) just trying to figure out better brand and if expensive vitamins are necessary, but to your point being able to buy at Walmart. There are so many options it gets overwhelming being new to this and simply trying to make the best decision. Is it the Walmart brand? Thanks for you help! Truly appreciated:) Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Glad to hear. 22. I'm 3 weeks Post Op and have been taking my B Complex and was told to take this the first 30 days following surgery. My question is did you continue taking this AND what I really want to know is what brands do you all recommend? My doctor advised getting the ones at their store but I like to explore options from those of you have been taking them for awhile. Also, I prefer gummies or something palatable any other options outside of these nasty chalk tasting Vitamins? Thanks in advance for your help! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
